Join us for an introduction to Forrest Yoga! Learn basic moves and alignment techniques to improve your body awareness, breathe deeper and strengthen your core in 6 weeks. Understand the basic Forrest Yoga principles of active feet, telescoping ribs, relaxed neck amongst many others, and the reasons why we do it.

Monday evenings 7.30-8.30pm (60 mins)
26th Jun, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st Jul 2017 (6 weeks)

Location: 5-7 mins walk from Bugis MRT (Exact address will be emailed to registered participants)

What you will receive

  • 6 one-hour classes each week
