Forrest Yoga : weekly 90min immersion
Journey with us into the world of Forrest Yoga!
Learn to breathe deeply and connect with your body. Get curious about tracking the sensations with every breath, particularly while healing physical or emotional injuries. Experience how the poses can be modified to fit your own body physiology, at your own pace. This is a theme-based complete practice including setting intent, breathwork, forrest yoga and ending off with reflection & meditation.
NB: Our intent here is to introduce as many people as possible to the practice of Forrest Yoga. If this initial trial of 5 weeks grows in popularity, we may consider continuing the classes on an ongoing basis. Aho!
Schedule: Tuesdays (7.15-8.45pm) starting 15th Aug for 5 weeks (till 12th Sep)
Location: Hong Kong Street (5 mins walk from nearest MRT - Clarke Quay)

About the facilitator:
Ming Li is the rare certified Forrest Yoga teacher in Singapore and is drawn to the healing practice developed by Ana Forrest incorporating yoga asanas, breath work, mindfulness and intuitive energy at a physical and emotional level. With a deep interest in somatic & emotional release work, Ming Li is currently training as a Reiki teacher, and also provides myofascial & craniosacral therapy work through private remedial bodywork sessions
In her classes, she prefers to assume the role of a facilitator, sharing from a place of authenticity and providing a safe space to guide students through their practice. At the same time, she also challenges them to explore their edge while being at peace with the unknown. This tough love comes from a desire to empower students eventually to take charge of their healing, and have fun falling and picking themselves up.
