re:Connect - Smell: Forrest Yoga & Essential Oils Workshop
As part of the re:Connect series, we are harnessing the power of therapeutic grade essential oils in combination with a full Forrest Yoga practice. Connect with your body and go on an inward journey; awaken your olfactory system through carefully selected Young Living Essential Oils.
Forrest Yoga is an intelligent system that allows for you to experience a physiologically sensible practice, to safely and effectively heal from an injury and to release tension and bring aliveness and new energy to every part of the body.
In this special workshop, we focus on connecting with your body through breath and your sense of smell. Experience how you can let your breath take you deeper into your feeling self, how you can move your breath energy to areas of tension and allow for release.
This is a continuation of the highly-popular workshop over the past few years! Previous themes include - Transformaction! Transforming into action, build your dream and the heart of balance.
Schedule: 25th February 2017, Saturday. 10.00-11.30am (90 mins)
Location : Mountbatten, 5-7 mins walk from MRT station (exact address will be emailed to confirmed participants one week before the workshop)
Investment : $40 per participant. (This includes a full Forrest Yoga practice and take-home samples of Young Living Essential oils)

About the facilitator:
Ming Li is a certified Forrest Yoga teacher in Singapore and is drawn to the healing practice developed by Ana Forrest, incorporating yoga asanas, breath work, mindfulness and intuitive energy at a physical and emotional level. In her classes, she prefers to assume the role of a facilitator, sharing from a place of authenticity and providing a safe space to guide students through their practice. At the same time, she also challenges them to explore their edge while being at peace with the unknown. This tough love comes from a desire to empower students eventually to take charge of their healing, and have fun falling and picking themselves up.
Her favourite Young Living Essential Oil is the Sacred Mountain™ which promotes feelings of strength, empowerment, grounding, and protection that are a result of being close to nature. This blend of conifer essential oils, including spruce, fir, and cedarwood, evokes the feelings of sanctity found in the mountains.
