This is a multi-level theme-based complete practice including setting intent, breathwork, forrest yoga and ending off with reflection & meditation.

About the facilitator:
Ming Li is the rare certified Forrest Yoga teacher in Singapore and is drawn to the healing practice developed by Ana Forrest incorporating yoga asanas, breath work, mindfulness and intuitive energy at a physical and emotional level. With a deep interest in somatic & emotional release work, Ming Li trained as a Reiki Master, and also provides myofascial & craniosacral therapy work through private remedial bodywork sessions

In her classes, she prefers to assume the role of a facilitator, sharing from a place of authenticity and providing a safe space to guide students through their practice. At the same time, she also challenges them to explore their edge while being at peace with the unknown. This tough love comes from a desire to empower students eventually to take charge of their healing, and have fun falling and picking themselves up.

Yan Zhou, based in HK is a certified Forrest Yoga Teacher, who is eager to share her knowledge and practice of Forrest Yoga with everyone.

Having a busy corporate working life herself, Yan is especially passionate to share her experience on how to transform a busy lifestyle into an energetic and balanced one by raising awareness of deep breath and applying many other techniques practicing Forrest Yoga. After completing the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training with Ana T. Forrest in 2013, Yan is continuing her education with her mentor, Forrest Yoga Guardian - SinHee Ye.

Yan speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Dutch.
