exhale is a cosy healing space dedicated to educate & empower self care through deep connection with our body’s wisdom, by allowing time & space to rest, relax and release.

We offer multiple complementary health & healing modalities like yoga, sound healing, meditation, reiki therapy & integrative bodywork. These are facilitated through private healing sessions, curated workshops and boutique classes as well as corporate wellness programs and retreats.

Ingrained within our ethos to pay it forward to the local Singapore community, we are now an ambassador of the International Accessible Yoga movement committed to share yoga with everyone. Our social arm exhale foundation serves to bring yoga, mindful movement and meditation to under-served communities in a sustainable and compassionate way.
