Every day is a brand new reason to start again! We take the time to brush our teeth in the morning and clean up before we leave the house, but what about taking the time to embrace our emotions? To celebrate the happiness, feel the fear, cry with joy or just laugh simply because ?
Based on Robert Plutchik's theory, there are eight basic emotions are Fear, Anger (or Rage), Sadness (sorrow, grief, depression), Joy (happy), Disgust, Surprise, Trust, Anticipation. There are many nuances that span these basic emotions - what do you feel today ? How does your body feel when you embrace these emotions? Where does the feeling occur ?
Be guided weekly on a journey through yoga, meditation and journaling supported by the Young Living Essential Oils Feelings kit. This collection features six essential oil blends that inspire feelings of emotional well-being and includes Harmony, Forgiveness, Inner Child, Present Time, Release, Valor II.

About the facilitators:
Kai Tan is an Integrative Wellness Coach with Institute of Integrative Health in New York, an advocate of Essential Oils for Physical and Emotional Health, one of the founders of ONE Drop (www.ONEDrop.sg) and currently, a Young Living Crown Diamond Leader. She educates on whole-some approaches to life’s various health and wellness needs and challenges and is passionate about helping others regain balance in their lives.
Kai was a Personal Life Coach and Corporate Trainer since 2007. She began to re-direct and expand her developmental work into the Health and Wellness field since 2010 after walking through a personal health crisis as well as that of important family members. She holds very dear to her heart a calling to revolutionize and steer our wellness culture into one that is self-empowering, compassionate, non-intrusive and natural.
Ming Li Tan is the rare certified Forrest Yoga teacher in Singapore and is drawn to the healing practice developed by Ana Forrest incorporating yoga asanas, breath work, mindfulness and intuitive energy at a physical and emotional level. With a deep interest in somatic & emotional release work, Ming Li trained as a Reiki Master, and also provides myofascial & craniosacral therapy work through private remedial bodywork sessions
In her classes, she prefers to assume the role of a facilitator, sharing from a place of authenticity and providing a safe space to guide students through their practice. At the same time, she also challenges them to explore their edge while being at peace with the unknown. This tough love comes from a desire to empower students eventually to take charge of their healing, and have fun falling and picking themselves up.
