Restorative Yin with meditation
An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until 27 May 2022
Integrate simple stretches with lots of props to support the down-regulation of your nervous system, allowing deep rest and for your mind to calm down to a meditative state. Allow yourself to connect with your body through gentle breathwork. Experience how you can let your breath take you deeper into your feeling self, how you can move your energy to areas of tension and allow for rest and release.
The session includes a short meditation or yoga nidra to complete the practice, under the starry sky lights. The practice each week will deepen with the use of essential oils & sound healing
About Ming Li:
Ming Li is a Yoga & Mindfulness teacher and a rare certified Forrest Yoga teacher in Singapore. She is also a Reiki Master teacher, facilitating regular reiki workshops, in addition to providing private therapy sessions.
