Rest & reset™ : Pyjamas Yin & Snooze (virtual)

Down-regulate your nervous system with a combination of yin and restorative poses with the use of pillows, bolsters and towels, topping it off with short meditation or yoga nidra…. and then (literally) roll into bed for a nice gentle snooze.
