Intro to Meditation : 3-wk series
An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until 27 April 2022
The benefits of meditation are well-documented, yet many people seem to struggle to find a form of meditation that works for them beyond the instructions to “just sit”. This special 3-week introductory series is geared towards folks who are keen to get a good foundation in the basics of meditation. Demystify the shoulds, coulds and all the stuff that you’ve tried and doesn’t seem to “work”.
Each session will include guidance on a specific meditation technique that you can practice during the week as well as energy and sound healing. There will also be time for questions, discussions and group support.
Week 1: Breath meditation
Week 2: Mindfulness meditation
Week 3: Somatic meditation
