Meditation & Mindfulness
An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until 11 June 2023
Regular meditation has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, improve sleep quality, boost the immune system, and increase feelings of happiness and well-being. Additionally, meditation has also been found to increase focus and concentration, helping to bring clarity and productivity to everyday tasks.
In this 4-week meditation series, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the basics of meditation, different techniques, and how to integrate it into their daily lives. The ongoing series provides an opportunity for participants to develop a consistent meditation practice, with selected techniques that resonate with them, which is crucial for realizing the full benefits of meditation. There will also be time for questions, discussions and group support.
- Week 1: Breath meditation
- Week 2: Sleep meditation
- Week 3: Sound meditation
- Week 4: Mindfulness meditation
