Forrest Yoga basics (virtual)
Forrest Yoga Basics is especially designed for anyone who’s new to Forrest Yoga or keen to learn about its fundamentals including Forrest Yoga’s basic moves. This will be a great opportunity to breathe deeply, get stronger, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell in your body. You will learn how to use different poses to heal your body and soul as well as to connect to your authentic self.
Forrest Yoga, created by Ana T. Forrest, embodies in it a strong emphasis on physical, mental, and emotional healing. Forrest Yoga teaches you to ride your breath to go deeper into the layers of your physical, mental and emotional body. Forrest Yoga sequencing includes unique abdominal exercises, that help you build core strength for your entire body, heal back pain, and move stuck energy
Having felt an ironic sense of gradually being lost through further career progression, Soojin found herself awake through he power of yoga and meditation. After she was certified as a Vinyasa RYT-200 teacher, Soojin has been teaching in Singapore, Austrailia and Bali, while continuing her learning journey. She has recently completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teachers’ Training and can’t wait to share the practice with everyone
