7 day reset: Breathe 4 mental wellness [online]

Breathing well is one of the most important yet under-used ways to regulate our nervous system. Breathing well allows us to calm our minds, relief stress and get better sleep.

Breathe 4 mental wellness – how does it work ?
1.Starting from 27th April Wed, in the span of 7 days, we will release regular videos/audio/visuals to guide people on how to breathe better. This will be simple do-it-yourself basic activities that anyone can follow, whether you’re at home, in the office or better yet, out in the open fields. This will help everyone, especially caregivers of persons with mental health issues, to kickstart their own self-care and reset our haabitual breathing patterns.
