Great class with a genuine teacher who shares sincerely which muscles to use and what each pose is good for or builds you up for. Appreciate the pockets of pure silence he lets us breathe into, instead of the conventional music or self help talk.

Gentle and slow paced but going really deep and long into each posture, gives the body a good workout and stretch. Very patient instructor with detailed instructions. Very friendly, professional and experienced teacher.
The teacher was clear and detailed in his instructions. Learnt about parts of the anatomy key in forearm balances which were helpful for adjustments. He also caters to everyones different levels well. Studio was lovely. Mats were really grippy. Would come again!
Cosy and simple studio with hints of essential oils. The teacher is knowledgeable in his Forrest yoga and grateful for pinpointing the adjustments to improve my practice. Thank you for the great experience!

We did handstands & forearm stands. The class will require some pre-requiste strength to progress further within the session. instructor was humourous, attentive to each individual, knowledgeable.

Small class in a clean, lovely space. Variations were offered for the various yin poses depending on each individual's comfort level. Essential oils were nicely incorporated. Great for tensed muscles and a midday boost!

First, a big thank you for including me in this inspirational journey. It has been a really positive experience for me, at this phase in my life, dealing with challenges of work, and the pressures & stress. This journey has helped me in many ways and I hope to continue or start to inspire those around me more.
Not a yogi, so this experience was really quite different from what I expected. I like the breathing exercises because it taught me that I wasn't taking enough deep breaths. The meditation took some getting used to. What I think would potentially be a good addition to the program is getting other "empowering women" to share a little more about what makes them tick; their personal experiences, their visions, etc. Because learning from others' journeys is always an interesting experience for me.

Ming Li brings a lot of fun into the course. She shares a lot of experiences to make the concepts easier to understand. Many practical sessions to practice and experience the differences, if any. Small group settings make the learning more accessible.
Loved the small group setting and feeling safe in this environment. The material is very clear and helpful, and well-explained by Ming Li. A lot of information was included however I didn't feel that I was "stuffed". The sharing of experiences was very helpful to the learning journey! Thank you!
Ming Li creates a safe space to explore a curiousity that isn't familiar to many. After taking Reiki 1, I looked forward to the next session, as it helped to transform the way I think about life. The right tolls and knowledge is provided throughout this journey of self-love/care.
I completed Reiki level 1 with Ming Li, which opened up a new range of experiences. I wanted to share this with others, but did not feel equipped sufficiently at that stage. Reiki 2 takes the energy experience to a whole new level. I was fortunate to end up in a class of my level 1 classmates which felt comfortable and empowering. As usual, Ming Li shared her knowledge and experience generously and wisely. I'm really glad I went for it!

Thank you for the effort in putting this event together. It has been an amazing week and I'm so thankful for committing to this program. I love the attention to details and the lovely booklet that was put together specially for us. Ming Li, you're so good at holding space and guiding us through the techniques!
The hands-on practice was very beneficial and the workshop was thorough for us as beginners. It would be so valuable for everyone to have a better understanding of how to heal themselves. I had some personal breakthroughs and insights that will be extremely helpful for my own journey.
I had no expectations as I came to learn and experience something holistic. The course was a welcome relief and comfort in my search of how to heal myself. Reiki has given me tools and the how-to to heal. If you feel you need the energy and health to be the best version of yourself, learn Reiki. A great way to heal yourself, especially if you have tried everything but nothing works.
The amount of theory, discussion and practice was substantial and the proportions changed as the days passed by. The discussions were enlightening because I had answers to some of my questions and also the practice that was much needed
Interesting & informative, not just reading from the book. Plenty of time and open to Q&A. Efficient use of time, welcoming space and teacher. [I enjoyed] the practical exchanges, hearing about others' feelings and sensations. Thank you!
The most valuable experience was sending reiki to my friend and her telling me that her shoulders felt hot and tingly - which was where she had been holding much of her tension.
Reiki is life-changing, if you allow it to be. There were many insights offered by Ming Li that were unpacked into practical bits, to be applied in everyday living.
